Day 29 - What I have learned
At the end of each month, usually the day I create my Month View, I realize the amount of progress I have made toward my goals. While looking at the progress gives me great happiness, I do find that I seek a deeper awareness of myself and the activities that I participated in.
There are a few questions that I like to answer each month, which I have included below, that really get me to think about the bigger stuff in my life. I recommend this activity as a source of inspiration and meditation and encourage you to find your own questions to invoke this deeper appreciation of you.
- What was the most interesting thing you learned this month?
- Was I inspired by anything?
- What will I do differently next month?
- Did I help someone?
- Did I find time to play?
- Did I love enough?
Here is an article from MARC CHERNOFF, “365 Thought Provoking Questions to Ask Yourself This Year” that may inspire you to ask yourself.
